This policy explains how to cancel subscriptions and credit packs from CRAFT AJANS REKLAM VE BİLİŞİM HİZMETLERİ TİCARET LTD. ŞTİ. ("Roisel") and when refunds are given. It is part of the Service and Sales Agreement.
Subscription and prices
Subscriptions are monthly or yearly. The yearly fee is 10 times the plan's monthly price (2 months free) and is charged up front in a single payment at the start of the period. All prices shown in the panel and on the site include VAT. For plans priced in US dollars, payment is collected in Turkish lira at the exchange rate at the time of payment.
Cancellation
- You can cancel your subscription at any time by sending a cancellation request by email (contact). In the panel you can switch between monthly and yearly: you re-confirm your card details in the payment provider's form for the new interval, the current period runs to its end and the new interval starts at the end of the period; this is not a cancellation. You can turn off automatic renewal in the panel: your subscription then ends at the end of the current period and your card is not charged for a new period.
- Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current monthly period for monthly subscriptions and at the end of the current yearly period for yearly subscriptions. You keep using the service until then; no charge is made for the next period.
- If you cancel mid-period (including mid-year on a yearly subscription), there is no partial refund for the remaining days.
14-day refund on the first payment
If you ask for a refund within 14 days of your first subscription payment, we refund that payment in full (including the full yearly fee if the first payment is yearly) and the subscription ends with the refund. Write to us using the contact details with your company name and registered email. This applies to the first subscription payment only, not to later periods.
What is not refunded
- After the first 14 days, the monthly or yearly period fee is not refunded; there is no refund for unused time or unused credits. You can keep using the service until the period ends.
- Additional credit packs are not refunded, because they are loaded to your wallet instantly on payment confirmation.
Refunds we always make
We refund the relevant amount for duplicate, wrongly charged, or unauthorized payments, and where the service could not be provided at all for a reason not attributable to you.
How refunds are paid
Approved refunds are paid back to the method used for payment (your card) through the payment institution iyzico. We start the refund within 14 days of approving your request; how long it takes to appear depends on your bank.
Consumer rights
Roisel is a service for businesses and buyers act for commercial or professional purposes, so the withdrawal right granted to consumers by Law No. 6502 on the Protection of Consumers and the Regulation on Distance Contracts does not, as a rule, apply. The 14-day refund above is Roisel's contractual commitment, not a statutory withdrawal right. If a user is found to be acting as a consumer, the mandatory rights under that legislation are reserved.
