Accounts

You agree to provide accurate and complete information and keep it current. You are responsible for keeping your credentials confidential and for all activity under your account. Tell us promptly if you suspect unauthorized access. We are not liable for losses resulting from your failure to protect your credentials.

The company owner is responsible for the use of the Service by members they invite.

Access to the Service

Subject to these terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable right to use the Service for your own business.

You may not: (i) license, sell, rent, transfer, distribute, or otherwise commercially exploit the Service or its content; (ii) modify, create derivative works from, decompile, or reverse-engineer any part of it; (iii) access it to build a similar or competing product; (iv) overload it with automated means or try to bypass its limits; or (v) upload another person's photo to Virtual Try-On without their consent, or process unlawful, obscene, or abusive images.

We may modify, suspend, or discontinue the Service or any part of it. If the Service is materially discontinued during a paid period, we will tell you separately about refunds for the unused period. We have no support or maintenance obligation unless agreed in writing.

Intellectual property and feedback

The Service and its content, including copyrights, trademarks, and trade secrets, belong to Roisel or its suppliers; these terms transfer no rights to you other than the limited right above. Product data, size charts, and images you upload remain yours; you grant us the right to process them solely to provide the Service to you.

If you give us feedback or suggestions, you grant us a perpetual, worldwide, royalty-free, non-exclusive right to use them without attribution. Do not send feedback you consider confidential.

Personal data and cookies

How we process personal data is described in the Privacy Policy; cookies and similar technologies are described in the Cookie Notice. A brand that uses the widget on its own site is the data controller for its shoppers' data; Roisel acts as processor for that data.

Price, payment, and subscription terms are in the Service and Sales Agreement and the Subscription, Cancellation and Refund Policy.

Indemnification

You agree to cover damages and reasonable defense costs arising from third-party claims relating to your use of the Service, your breach of these terms or applicable law, or your uploaded content infringing third-party rights. We will notify you of the claim and you will reasonably cooperate in the defense.

Third-party services

The Service works with third-party services such as payment (iyzico), AI (OpenAI, FASHN), and infrastructure providers, and may link to third-party sites. They are governed by their own terms and privacy practices, which we do not control. Your card number and security code never reach Roisel's servers and are not stored by Roisel; the payment page belongs to the payment institution. When the subscription starts, your card is stored by iyzico.

Disclaimers

To the extent permitted by law, the Service is provided "as is" and "as available". We do not warrant that it will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure. Size recommendations and virtual try-on images are assistive information based on AI and statistical estimates; they do not guarantee fit or appearance. Your mandatory rights under consumer law remain unaffected.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Roisel's total liability arising from these terms or the Service is limited to the amount you paid Roisel in the six months before the event giving rise to the claim, and neither Roisel nor its suppliers are liable for lost profits, lost data, or indirect or consequential damages. Liability for intent and gross negligence, and cases where mandatory law does not allow limitation, are unaffected.

Term and termination

These terms apply while you use the Service. We may suspend or close your account if you breach them. You may close your account at any time by requesting it by email. Provisions that by nature survive termination (intellectual property, indemnification, limitation of liability, governing law) continue to apply.

Accessibility

We aim to make the site accessible to everyone, including people with disabilities, and strive to conform to WCAG 2.1 Level AA. If you encounter an accessibility problem, contact us using the details below.

General

We may update these terms. We will announce material changes by email or a prominent notice on the site; continuing to use the Service afterwards means you accept the updated terms. These terms, together with the Privacy Policy and other referenced documents, are the entire agreement. If a provision is invalid, the rest remains in effect. Our failure to enforce a right is not a waiver. You may not assign these terms without our written consent. Notices may be given electronically and count as written notice.

Governing law and jurisdiction

These terms and any dispute are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye. Consumer arbitration committees, consumer courts, and mandatory jurisdiction rules remain unaffected for claims made as a consumer. Otherwise the courts and enforcement offices of Türkiye have jurisdiction.
