Roisel is an online software service (SaaS) provided by CRAFT AJANS REKLAM VE BİLİŞİM HİZMETLERİ TİCARET LTD. ŞTİ.. No physical product is sold, so there is no shipping, parcel, or delivery fee.
How the service is provided
- Account: after registration your company account is reviewed and approved; once approved you can access the panel.
- Subscription: when payment is confirmed, your subscription (monthly or yearly, for the period you chose) activates immediately and the modules you chose (Smart Size Assistant, Virtual Try-On) open for use in the panel.
- Credit packs: when payment is confirmed, credits are added to the relevant module's wallet instantly.
- Widget installation: you add the installation code shown in the panel to your own site; adding it is your responsibility.
Delivery time and medium
The service is provided online and, as a rule, instantly after payment is confirmed. No delivery address is needed. If the service does not activate despite payment confirmation, contact us.
Interruptions
Short interruptions may occur for maintenance or provider reasons. If a subscription is suspended for payment reasons or credits run out, the relevant widgets become inactive; details are in the Service and Sales Agreement.
